Quick question on the last part - You wrote "1 sound output > headphones" but in the screenshot it says output is Soundflower (2ch).

Which one is correct?

Thanks so much!

On my Mac I use

Headset - Logitech clear chat wireless which handles both input and output
ScreenFlow - for recording the GTW which I set up to easily record only input form Wireless

ScreenFlow does allow you to be able to fit the screen to just the area you want to show, works like a charm!
